Conference for Chin Famine Victims to be held at Tuipang Mizoram
Mawta Famine Relief Committee (MFRC) will hold 5-day conference at Tipa V (Tuipang V) town in Siaha (Saiha) District, South Mizoram for Mawta Famine victims in Chin State, Myanmar from January 17-21 this new year.

Rampaging rats bring starvation to Burma

Mawta Famine Relief Committee website launched
Mawta Famine Relief Committee (MFRC) was formed in response to the Mawta Famine that has swept Chin state in Western Myanmar (bordering Mizoram and Manipur states of India) due to an extra-ordinary phenomenon called Mawta also known as Mautam, Mautaam, etc.
