In India, Net4India.in is also selling at Rs.800 (US $20 at Rs.40 per dollar).  Condition: requires two years minimum registration.

The cheapest one comes from BookandHost.com - at Rs. 620 or US $15. Condition: requires two years minimum registration.

Meanwhile, Asia Registry is selling .asia domains at a staggering US $45 per domain.
