Once the Delhi Cabinet approves the decision to make the heart of the Capital Wi-Fi enabled. Internet will be freely available and those with laptops can easily access the worldwide web. The plan also involves creating 40 special kiosks, so that those without laptops can also surf the Internet and shop online.

The aerial view of Connaught Place will soon look like this. And below the park is Delhi Metro Rail biggest’s underground Station. It is already completed and trains are connecting to Uttam Nagar in the west, Delhi Secretariat in the east and South, and Kingsway Camp in the North. In the Connaught circus, you get shops, restaurants, etc. Palika Bazar is also inside Connaught circus but lies south to the Central Park.
Drawback : E-mails cannot be sent from these kiosks for security reasons — 20 kiosks each will be created for surfing and e-commerce. Laptop users will be able to send email though.
