Mizoram MP alleges racism, discrimination
Few months after Mizoram Chief Minister Pu Lal Thanhawla allegedly spoke about racial discrimination faced by Northeasterners in India at a conference/seminar in Singapore, the lone Member of Parliament (MP-R) who belongs to Mizo National Front (MNF), an ally of BJP has also spoken the same thing, according to PTI.
Aizawl, Nov 10 (PTI) Lalhmingliana, the lone Rajya Sabha member from Mizoram today claimed he had faced racist and discriminatory attitudes at many places in the country even after being elected to Parliament for two terms.

Lalhmingliana, who recently visited Mongolia and attended a conference on ‘Parliamentarian on the Field’, said that the people there had made him feel more at home than in some parts in India.
