Mara People Party condemns attacks on Myanmar protesters
Kuala Lumpur (MY): An exiled Mara People Party (MPP) based in Kuala Lumpur and has branch all over the world has strongly condemned the crackdown on protesters by Myanmarese (Burmese) Army during the on-going mass demonstration against the junta government by Buddhist monks.
The MPP office in Kuala Lumpur issues a statement as follows:
(1) We, Mara People Party, support the ongoing Monks, Students and people demonstration inside Burma and strongly condemn the action of the Junta killing innocent people instead of giving them their demands.
(3) We, Mara People Party, urge the Junta Military to make sure national reconciliation, the release of all politician prisoners and the restoration of Democracy in Burma according to the real desire of the people of myanmar.
(4) We, Mara People Party, urge all Myanmar people around the world to support the ongoing desmonstrtion in Burma and to condemn Military Junta brutally killed the demonstrators and a Japanese Cemeraman.
(5) We would like to appeal all countries and communities around the world
United Nations, United states, EU and even China and Rusia to intervene and resolve political problem in Burma.
(6) The so-called State Peace and Development Council and their hand picked delegates held National Convention could not bring national reconciliation and people desire real Democracy but strenghten the Junta Regime.
