IMDb launched Mizo language Movies’ guide

Online movie database giant ‘The Internet Movie Database’ (IMDb) has launched guide to Mizo language movies.
One can browse titles with Mizo movies alphabetically in the homepage of IMDb Mizo. So far, there is only one listing in the database, i.e When Hamlet Went to Mizoram (1990).
As Mizo movie industry continue to grow, more Mizo films, Mizo dramas, Mizo movies, etc, in Mizo language are expected to be indexed in the database site.

Launch? You sure? when? IRCC, When Hamlet Went to Mizoram has been listed in IMBD for quite sometime. However, i do not remember if “Language:
Mizo ” was there and if Mizo was hyperlinked.
And this doesn’t really look like imdb launch “guide to Mizo language movies”. It’s just that a movie in which language is Mizo is listed.

If you visit the Link. They have mentioned “Your IMDb guide to Mizo language movies”… so, if any users are interested it seems they can post any Mizo language movies info. there. That way they will be listed there, so, its a kind of launching the guide itself…. ‘When Hamlet Went to Mizoram’ too is now listed under the link…
Yes, of course, it is really not a big deal until some of us contribute to the page.. but as time passes by even if we don’t do, let’s hope someone will…

If you click the language page for any other language. You will find similar text.

Yes, you are right. Earlier, Mizo language was not listed. They have included in the listing recently. We’ve just highlighted the same. Using the word ‘launch’ is perhaps somewhat exaggerating the listing… nevertheless we chose to.
