High School drop-out Indian Millionaire in the US

This humble young man who was born in Tarn Taran, near Amritsar, Punjab in India dropped out from high school but nothing could stop him to become a millionaire in the dotcom boom that catapults him to where he is today.He appeared in many TV shows, the one below is at the Oprah show:

Gurbaksh Singh Chahal (born July 17, 1982) is an Indian-American entrepreneur, author and TV Personality. He was the Founder, Chairman & CEO of two advertising companies which were sold for over $340 million. More recently Chahal has appeared in TV shows and written a book.

On December 15, 1998, at the age of 16, he started his first venture, ClickAgents. ClickAgents was an advertising network focused on performance-based advertising. Two years later, on November 1, 2000, ValueClick announced it agreed to buy ClickAgents in a $40 million all-stock merger.

In January 12, 2004, Chahal formed BlueLithium another advertising network which was recognized as an innovator in the online advertising space in a Business 2.0 article.

In 2006, under Chahal’s leadership, BlueLithium was named Top Innovator by AlwaysOn.

On October 15, 2007 Yahoo! bought BlueLithium for $300 million in cash. He was 25 years old at the time.
