HC Sanglura is a proud Mara, Hlychho clan
According to Moonlight Newspaper, popular Mizo male music artist HC Sanglura is a Mara by blood and is proud of it.
HC, his initial name stands for Hlychho, a very popular clan name among Maras. He hails from Amotlah, Saiha District, Mizoram. Hlychhos were kings during old times. Today, we have someone like Zakhu Hlychho, Mylai Hlychho to name few that Maras are proud of. However, there has not been a good singer among Hlychho clan, Sanglura Hlychho is leading in front.

The name Sanglura, however sounds more like Hmar name. Samaw.com however, do not know how popular he is in Mizo music scene.
