I don’t understand why aizawl.com showed the pagerank when you checked. I checked few minutes ago and it showed me no result.

For zoram.com, the website has much contents in English which are still valuable to search engines and net users, perhaps that’s the reason why they still have a good pagerank.

Meaning those pages are well indexed at google search engine. Eg. http://www.maraland.net/content/view/16/30/ and http://www.maraland.net have the same google 3 pagerank.
