Delhi is really Not Safe for Northeast girls (Photo)
15 rape and sexual assault cases of Northeast Indian girls in 11 months is horrifying. Northeast girls in India’s national capital had been the victim of sexual assaults by the sex-craved people in Delhi. Despite the repeated incidents, the authorities time and again failed to contain the situation. The latest victim was from Mizoram, who was raped and dumped in Daula Kuan area in New Delhi.
How long will this madness last?
If the capital of India has such dubious record on sexual harassment towards women, especially girls from the Northeast, how can we expect better treatment from the rest of India?

Girls getting raped in delhi is well known. It has happened too many times and it has happened to people of all ethnicities. The notion being circulated that NE girls are the only one’s getting raped is wrong. Else it would technically mean that there is some kind of a “hate group” in delhi whose sole intention is to target people from NE states.
I guess all rapists have shifted base to delhi.

Its very bad that in a traditional country like India our Indians raping indians. Try to stop these cruel activities. Its not a matter to which region people its happening? We should all fight against these cruel activities. Indian government should take severe action on this devils. We all should pledge atleast in the future these activities should be completely stopped and should punish such devils very cruelly. If we neglect these may be our family also faces same problem. That to in out capital city it is happening means see how our government working? Where is the protection for other common people in normal states? Goverment should take serious action on this.

^Forget administering a small union state. Indian govt has been trying to provide “basic” infrastructure to indians since 1947. More than 60 years laters, it is still struggling. There are vast regions right in middle of india where the locals have yet to see a govt office. The maoists have filled that void and now the govt argues that it has become a question of development v/s security.
Im off topic but i only wanted to show how pathetic the indian govt is. There is no responsibility or accountability. The govt should have been sent packing over the food price rise issue itself. But it didn’t. Olympic scam, adarsh scam, 2G scam… all these things and the govt still holds power. Something is surely not right.

Ya it is true our governament is irresponsible. But friends do u know the other side of story. Do u know what kind of people these northeastern are? What these northeastern girls do. Truth is that most important thing for them is money. U can buy a northeastern girl very easily in comparison to girl belong to other parts of country. See what happened in CWG (lots of northeastern girls are involved in sex racket). Yes raping is a gruesome act but to provoke a man/boy sexually is also an indecent behaviour.
In northeast area LOCAL BOYS & GIRLS used to harass the girls and beat the boys who are from other part of country (like UP, bihar, delhi, punjab, west india, south india & others). But no one help them because they are very less in number. Do u know the fact that many of northeastern people are HIV/AIDS affected because they are mostly involved in sex. This was only a drop in the ocean I told u.

yes,i am from the north east one thing i would like to maindly asked to the hindi speaking people(the mayangs)giving an example if we(people from north east) rape or molest a girl that belongs to the hindi speaking community here in delhi imagine what will be the condition of that person.In my point of view before he(the accuse) reach police station he would be kill mercilessly and even they might do anything people belonging from the north east and what the HELL the DELHI police will do to them even the police will think that they are right they will do nothing just for the name sake they might arrest that bloody killer and than after ten to fifteen minutes they will release that killer again i am telling you guys this in the scenario of the people belonging from the north east.This is not fair at all

Kindly DONT BLAME THE NORTH EAST PEOPLE totally.Those men with perverted nature are to be blamed too.Those are the people without self dignity.American women hardly cover their bodies but do people bother much about that?It all depends on the mentality of the people.The north east girls should dress decently and the uncultured men need to learn some good morals and virtues of life.And most importantly,the law making body must enforce a law to erase this problem.The rapist must be sentenced to death.I hope this helps.

And forget about North east girls..Even some Delhi girls dress indecently..What about them?What about the rest of the girls who doesn’t dress properly?Its not only North eastern people who dresses indecently and many people also do dress properly. And why are the rapists only targetting north east girls?Are they so much sex-starved?Or is it due to racial discrimination?The North eastern people need to work on this..Let all the people unite and bring a change to this filthy world.

Why should north east girls dress according to what mainlanders think is “decent”…. we have our own norms, our own food …. we eat ants silk worms, dress liberally , u hv ne problem???? /// coz our men are not sex starved and rapists …. unlike so many men from delhi who are sex starved morons …. y do u blame north eastern ppl who want to live diffeently…. we dont share your culture , way of life … better leave us alone … no one is begging for your attention.
