A common international name for the same people of the same religion and culture on Indo-Burma-Bangladesh borders.

Let us think in terms of what advantages are available in having a common name for all the related people in the Indo-Burma-Bangladesh borders as we have accepted that we are the same people religiously, culturally and, linguistically speaking one of the same branches of Tibeto-Burman language. More over we can clearly see that we are also the same people in physical feature we all have of common Mongoloid ancestry. Of course we are to see differences even among the siblings of the same parents if we seek only for our differences. In the same way, we should also find so many similarities among all human beings as the people of the world. But what we mean by the same people here is the people whose similarities over weight their differences especially similarity of religion in addition to their other similar affinities. Read more »

Taiwan’s Yen Hsun Lu upsets USA’s Andy Roddick at Wimbledon: Video
LONDON – Taiwan’s Lu Yen-Hsun sent Andy Roddick crashing out in the 4th round at Wimbledon on Monday with a stunning 4-6, 7-6 (7/3), 7-6 (7/4), 6-7 (5/7), 9-7 win over the three-time finalist.
Lu is the first Asian man to reach the quarterfinals of any Grand Slam since Shuzo Matsuoka of Japan did it at Wimbledon in 1995.

AIDS claims 171 lives in Mizoram in 20 years

New species of Cat Fish found in Mizoram
Aizawl, Jun 26 : Zoologists claimed to have discovered a new species of sisorid cat fish in Mizoram.
The species of cat fish named Pseudolaguvia virgulata is recently discovered from the Barak river drainage in Mizoram, said Dr Lalramliana, Assistant Professor of Department of Zoology, Pachhunga University College, Mizoram. Read more »
