I’m borrowing a statement made by ‘Canadian Heart Warmers’ who beautifully described Aizawl city, the capital of Mizoram state in the Northeast, a city within India’s Bible Belt as Biblically inspired term - the “city on a hill.” The best pictures that portray such statements are then collected from flickr, they are posted below:

One cannot locate IP addresses of Internet users in Northeast India
While tracing certain IP addresses from visitors of this site from across Northeast India, from Shillong in Meghalaya to Saiha (Siaha) in Mizoram, Kohima in Nagaland to Kolasib in Mizoram, Agartala in Tripura to Aizawl in Mizoram none of them are able to reveal their geographical locations.
