BJP MP Dr. HT Sangliana voted for UPA
United Progressive Alliance (UPA) was lucky to have overcome the Confidence motion moved by the opposition in Parliament. Bangalore north BJP MP is learned to have voted against his party in favour of the government report Rediff.com
It was the MPs from the BJP that leads the pack. Five BJP MPs- Chandrabhan Singh, Haribhau Rathod, Manorama Madhwaraj, Manjunath Khunnur and HT Sangliana violated the party whip and voted for the UPA. Besides, two suspended BJP MPs Sombhai Patel and Babulal Katara also voted for the UPA.
